Colt brings years of experience in the electrical power industry spanning industrial, commercial, residential and telecommunications. As a licensed Master Electrician and graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, he offers customers deep technical knowledge, field experience and strategic leadership focused on innovation, energy efficiency and solution-based electrical services.
Patricia joined Ethos in 2021, bringing 15 years of general HR experience and a strong track record of driving employee engagement and retention. She is passionate about improving workplace culture, streamlining processes, and using technology to innovate. Patricia has been instrumental in building a strong, diverse workforce at Ethos and fostering a culture of collaboration and continual improvement. She holds an MBA from Universidad Metropolitana and a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Central de Venezuela, both in Caracas, Venezuela.
After 19 years serving in the US Army, Erick started with Ethos as Telecom Tech 1, moving to Renewables as a mechanical inspector, and adding electrical and civil experience over time at Apex, Xcel and SGRE. Over his ten-year career at Ethos, he has shown a passion for engaging with customers, solving problems and helping his team in their professional development.
Elise brings over 20 years of financial experience from startups through Fortune 500 companies. She enthusiastically works with Ethos teams to use financial and operational data to help drive process improvement, and is the face of our “Better than Before” approach to every-day process improvement. Elise holds a CPA and MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
Phil joined Ethos in late 2023. He was attracted to the company’s “win-win” values that emphasize long term relationships with both customers and employees. Phil brings 20 years of consulting and electrical manufacturing systems experience with a track record of driving growth in new sectors and services. Phil is deeply engaged with the team in leading commercial efforts and in building scalable processes that ensure consistent outcomes for our customers. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University.
As founding member of Ethos, Mitch has served in a wide variety of field roles in both renewables and telecom, giving him deep practical knowledge and credibility. He lives The Ethos Way and is a strong role model, coach and mentor to the entire organization, driving our safety culture and doing everything possible to ensure our team stays safe. Mitch carries a robust suite of Train the Trainer Certifications including Safety Learning Management Systems (LMS), National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) and recognitions from North American Technicians Excellence (NATE). Mitch consistently receives top ratings from graduates of Ethos’ rigorous new-hire training program.
Paul founded Ethos 15 years ago on the strong belief that good people can do great things if given the right tools, the right feedback and the right support. Paul’s experience in senior leadership positions in Engineering and Management for Fortune 500 Aerospace Manufacturing companies set the stage for his high standards and his strong appreciation for solving difficult problems. Paul holds an MS in Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from California State Polytechnic University.
Chris began his 12-year career at Ethos as Tech 1, learning the business from the ground up, moving from crew lead at Sprint to Construction Manager over multiple programs, to his current role growing our service offerings across our entire Telecom customer base and scaling our technical team and capabilities. Our customers turn to Chris because they trust his practical approach to solving extremely challenging technical problems; our technicians trust his experience and value his leadership.
